  • Monument: The upper part of a white marble panel (0.14 × 0.23 × 0.06) with upper and right edges surviving.
  • Text: Inscribed on the face.
  • Letters: : 0.015-0.025; clear, irregular, with no close parallels; abbreviations: ΜΕΓΑΛΟΠΡ hook , ΘΩ with line above.
  • Date: Sixth century (titulature).
