cross Φίλιππος Ἡροδιαν(οῦ) ὁ θαυμ(ασιώτατος) εὐχαριστῶν τῇ οἰκίᾳ πατρίδι τὰ β´ διάχορα ἐσκέπασεν cross

Translation

Philip, son of Herodian, admirandissimus, returning thanks to his own fatherland, covered (i.e. roofed) the two sections.
