Translation:

Perhaps a reference to Augustus.

Commentary:

The monumental lettering suggests that this is part of an imperial inscription, and that we might restore [Σεβ]αστὸν although the surviving letters could be interpreted in other ways - e.g. a mention of an Adrastos. The use of the accusative perhaps suggests that this refers to a statue.
