Translation:

...? [?honoured Ulpia Carminia]] Claudiane, daughter of the city, mother of the senators M(arcus) Ulp(ius) Car(minius) Claudianus, high priest of Asia, high priest (of the city) and Ulp(ia) Cl(audia) Car(minia) Prokle, daughter of the city, high priestess of Asia twice, high priestess (of the city), (both of them) priests for life of the goddess Aphrodite, descended from high priests of Asia and high priests (of the city), cousin of senatorials and consulars. M(arcus) Aur(elius) Zenobios, fourth of the name from Zenobios son of Artemidoros, son of Epaphroditos, priest for life of the divine Loves, oversaw provision (of the monument).

Commentary:

The mother, Ulpia ((Claudia)) Carminia Prokla, is also honoured in (unpublished) (Museum 100), which was found in the Hadrianic Baths by Boulanger.

The father is presumably not the same as the great donor (12.1111 =CIG 2782) who was married to Flavia Apphia.

The daughter is not otherwise known.

The epimelete also figures in 12.1011 (Walls 162), (unpublished) (Walls 9) and 5.15.i (88.9), but there without Roman citizenship. The use of tria nomina here suggests that the date is after the Antonine Constitution.
