Translation:

[?The city (set up a statue of) Tib(erius) Cl(audius) Aur(elius) Zelos], rhetor and sophist, high priest, treasurer, neopoios, public builder, who also set many things to rights for his homeland by acting as an advocate; son of Tib(erius) Cl(audius) Zelos, high priest and priest of Aphrodite, who beautified the city by many great public works at his own expense.
