Inscribed on the relief of the gable (l.1) within the gable (ll. 2-3) on the upper moulding of the tabella (ll. 4-5) and within the tabella (ll.6 ff.) The surface is very badly worn.
l. 3, Kubitschek saw nothing before τοῦ.l. 4, Kubitschek saw nothing before Ἀδράστου.l. 8, Kubitschek did not read this line.
The readings after l. 5 are very uncertain.
