Apparatus
a. l. 1, the letter is uncertain but if accepted suggests the formula ἀγαθῇ τύχῃ
l. 2, one would expect the formula ἡ βουλὴ καὶ ὁ δῆμος but if l. 1 was as suggested, it is improbable that the apparently inset title was followed in the same line by ἡ βουλὴ.
