A white marble base without moulding (1.04 × 0.44 × 0.45); complete, but worn along the upper edge, and pierced for later use as a well-head.

Inscribed on the face; the text must have begun on a crowning feature.
- Letters:
ll.1-2, 0.025; ll.3-5, 0.022. Ligatures: ΗΝ, l.2; ΤΗ, l.3.
- Date:
