79. Acclamation for Scholasticius
Description
- Monument:
A white marble capital, with the bust of a man protruding from it (0.25 × 0.62 × 0.705). The head, which has been broken, interrupted the upper rim of the moulding.
- Text:
The inscription runs in one line on the upper rim, which is broken at the right.
- Letters:
0.045; tall and thin.
- Date:
Fourth/fifth century (lettering).
