94. Prayer of Anastasius, donor
Description
- Monument:
Six blue-grey marble fragments, H. 0.135, D. 0.21, from the crowning feature of a balustrade; the top is smooth; one side has a moulded profile, the other is smooth, tapering
inwards. The underside has been left rough. a: W. 0.375; b: W. 0.61; c: two joining pieces, W. 0.35; d: W. 0.28; e: similar profile. but perhaps different lettering, W. 0.25. Resembles 92, 93, 95, 96.

Inscribed in one line on upper fascia of moulded profile.
- Letters:
0.025; square epsilon and sigma in a, b and d, lunate in e.
- Date:
Fifth/sixth century (location, lettering).
