A thick panel of blue marble (0.52 × 0.57 × 0.18) with a crack down the left side of the
face.

Inscribed on the face.
- Letters:
0.055-0.07;
well-cut; sigma both lunate and square; scroll for
abbreviation.
- Date:
Fourth-fifth century (lettering, terminology).
