Cut on the lowest face of the moulding of the socle, which is broken away on both sides.

Translation
[?For the salvation] of [...] the ?chief, (or) the archbishop [...]
Apparatus
The restoration, by which I am persuaded, is that of Angelos Chaniotis.
Η might be Ψ,Δ, ΕΙ.
At the end,Ε might be Θ.
