Translation:
The Council and the People and the Gerousia and the Young Men honoured, also after his death, with the finest honours, Lykidas Zenon son of Diogenes son of Lykidas who lived in education, with elegance and virtue. Diogenes son of Lykidas son of Diogenes, neopoios, and Ammia daughter of Hermogenes son of Apollonios son of Demetrios, his parents, undertook the erection of the statue.
Commentary:
Lykidas Zenon clearly died young, while he was still living 'in education'; he was probably a neos - that is, in the post-ephebic age group - which would explain why the neoi participated in his honours.
