- A plain white marble statue base, with hole and pouring channel on top for the attachment of a crowning feature (W. 0.545 × H. 1.27 × D. 0.54).

- Inscribed on one face. The stone is complete; the text must have begun on a crowning feature.

- ll. 1-3, 0.03; ll. 5 ff, 0.025; ligatures: ΜΗ, l.1. ΝΜ in l.4, ΗΝ in ll. 2, 3, 4, 14, ΝΗ l.11. Diaeretic dots around Α in ll. 5, 12, possibly 13; around Ε in ll. 5, 9, 11 (twice), 12; the Βs in ll. 12, 14 are non-standard and slightly different from each other; line above the figure in l. 15.

Translation:
[?The city] honoured with [the finest and] fitting honours Zenon son of Menippos the son of Zenon the son of Kallias, father of Menippos and Zenon; high priest (of the Imperial cult), treasurer, temple-builder who had also filled all other offices and liturgies for his country zealously. He was admired for his self-restraint and proper behaviour and for his goodwill towards his country. Zenobios, fourth of the name from Epaphroditos oversaw (provision of the monument).
