- Inscribed in four lines on a broad lower border; the text must have begun on an upper feature.
- Letters:
- 0.025; ligatures: l. 2, ΝΜ, ΝΗ; l. 3, ΤΗ (twice), ΜΜ.

- Second to third centuries A.D. (lettering).

- Necropolis, West: with the remains of a monumental tomb in the field south of the road to New Geyre, about 0.25 mile east of New Geyre.

Translation:
[ . . . in the ] sarcophagus has been buried Lucia Antoniane who was brought up with Theophilos; there will be placed in the sarcophagus Theophilos who built the heroon, and Lucia Antonia Aurelia Ariste, (daughter) of Kallias, the daughter of Apphia [. . . .] brought up by Theophilos; no one else will have authority to bury in the sarcophagus or to exhume any of those buried in it.
