- Inscribed on one face above a relief of a pair of sandals.

- 0.015; poorly aligned; ligatures: ΗΝ, l.3
- Date:
- The modesty of the lettering may create an impression of earlier date than is correct; but the Ξ and the small circular letters tend to indicate a late first century B.C. date
