Translation:
The Council and the People and the Gerousia and the Young Men honoured even after his death with the most fine and fitting honours Titus Flavius Apollinarios, son of Titus Flavius Menippos of the Roman voting-tribe Quirina, a man of a first family, whose father and ancestors were gymnasiarchs and stephanephori and benefactors in magistracies and liturgies, presidencies of games and all voluntary benefactions; he himself from his first youth was a generous gymnasiarch and did everything ?well [...]
