- Large white marble block W. 0.96 × H. 0.55 × D. 0.40, chipped along all edges, the surface polished over approximately two thirds of its area, but roughened at the right side.
- Text:
- The inscription begins close to the upper edge, and perhaps commenced on an upper block.
- Letters:
- irregular in size and alignment; broad, shallow trenches; non-standard forms; ave. 0.07.
- Date:
- First to fourth centuries A.D. (lettering).

- Walls, East (south part): re-used in the stretch east of Museum Garden.

Line 1: There are traces of a letter to the left of mu, perhaps, but not certainly, an alpha.
Lines2, and 4-6 are in different hands, and much smaller than what precedes.
Translation:
?Men[odotos, or son of Menodotos] Diogenes son of Diogenes [ . . .
Commentary:
This may be from a list of names (its purpose unknown, but perhaps related to membership in a trade guild, since that could explain the rough execution); but the smaller lettering to the right and below suggests rather a series of graffiti.
