Translation:

(Statue of) Marcus Aurelius [·· ? ··]nus, son of Artemon son of Kallikles, surnamed "Gecko", sculptor; he lived with modesty and self-control, giving an example of virtue. The erection of the statue was the action of Zenas, his son.
