- Inscribed on two adjacent faces (ll. 1-4 on a., 5-7 on b) with a text that runs from one to the other.
- Letters:
- Very irregular and poorly cut; not dateable: 0.015-0.025; lunate Σ, Ε; cursive Α.
- Date:
- First century A.D. or later (nomenclature).
