Commentary:

Possibly a name, ? Εὐσεβὴς καί [.., but another name, e.g. Κάνδιδος or a word are possible. While it could be from the standard formula, ἀσε]βὴς καὶ ἐπάρατος, κτλ, this would imply that the main text was on the lid.
