- A small white marble moulded base, oval with flattened back (W. 0.85 at base – W. 0.65 above, × H. 0.35), rather chipped, especially on lower moulding; remains of metal channel, for an attachment, towards the right side of the top.
- Text:
- Inscribed on the moulding at the front.
- Letters:
- Some cursive influences: 0.05-0.08; square sigma, lunate omega.
- Date:
- Perhaps early second century A.D. (lettering)

- South Agora: 'P. of T. WII-90', during excavation of the south-west of the pool.

Translation:
To the god Asklepios (in payment of) a vow.
Commentary:
Dedication of a promised object (not described) by an unnamed dedicator, doubtless in gratitude for a cure. The object dedicated may well have been an image of the part of the body that had been cured.
