Letters:
0.025-0.03; lunate forms, neat and rounded, very similar to 5.16.
Date:
Sixth century (lettering).

l.4. After cutting the first Σ of στῆσεν the inscriber began to cut a cross bar, as for Ε.

Translation:

In return for his benefaction, and for the gifts he has made to his country, the ordo set up (a statue of) Eugenios, in repayment.
