Translation:
(i.e. This is the) tomb of ?Jordanes from the stem of Eulalios, whom chilly virgin justice had as a worthy servant; but jealous, hatefully-named Fate snatched him quickly, (i.e. ?he who was) splendid [·· ? ··] ?taking away.
