Translation:
[?The Council and the People and the Gerousia] and the Young Men honoured, even after his death, Caius Iulius Potitianοs, a man who loved his homeland, carried out every liturgy and service for his homeland, and was ambassador on her behalf at his own expense on several occasions to the emperors, having done always what was advantageous for the People. (They voted him) honours due and fitting for him, he being in everything fine and good, and honoured by decreed and grants of citizenship also by many other cities. Julia Antonia his daughter set up the honour (?statue), together with the altar, as he prescribed in his will. Similarly the Council and the People and the Gerousia also honoured with the finest and fitting honours Antonia Flaviane, daughter of L(ucius) Antonius Flavianus, the wife of Potitianοs, a loving wife and a loving mother, who lived in a well-ordered way, so that everyone bears witness to her temperance. She set up the honour (?statue) for herself at her own expense in her lifetime.
