Description

  • Monument: White marble fragment (0.28 × 0.08 × 0.07), from the crowning feature of a balustrade; the top is smooth; one side has a moulded profile, the other is smooth and vertical. The underside has been left rough. Resembles 92, 93, 94, 95, 96, 107, 239.
  • Text: Inscribed in one line on upper fascia of moulded profile.
  • Letters: Cursive omega; ave. 0.022.
  • Date: Fifth/sixth century or later (lettering, content).
