Translation:
The Council and the People honoured even after death Claudia Tryphosa Paulina daughter of Claudius Apollonios, high priest, because of the benificence of her father and ancestors to the homeland on all occasions, and for her own decorous behaviour: she was outstandingly beautiful and died still a virgin.
