Translation:

The council and the people honoured Aristokles Molossos, horseman, son of Aristokles the son of Artemidoros, also after his death, a young man of the foremost family and one which had shared in the foundation of his city, and participated in tenures of the gymnasiarchy and stephanephoria. Ammia, wife of Aristokles son of Artemidoros his mother set up the honour.
