Translation:
[·· ? ·· ?honoured] Tryphe daughter of Menodotos, stephanephoros.
Commentary:
That there is rather more space between l. 1 and the top of the block than between ll. 1 and 2 or 2 and 3 suggests the possibility that the text is complete; but it seems more likely that the subject and a verb stood above—no doubt on another stone—very possibly the Council and the People honoured Tryphe.
