Translation:

The fatherland (set up a statue of) Tiberius Claudius Kapitoleinos son of Tiberius Claudius Smaragdos.

Commentary:

The only other Smaragdos attested so far is P. Aelius Claudius Smaragdos, 2.308 (=67.554).

Ti. Cl. Kapitoleinos may very well be the very epimelete of two statues of Cl. Antonia Tatiana, 12.323, (=LBW 1597), 2.13 (= 64.427), and the father of Ti. Aur. Cl. Ktesias, honoured in an inscription which might be the pair of this one 12.324 =(LBW 1598).
