- Inscribed (l.1) on the upper fascia and (ll.2 ff.) on the face, which is badly chipped. One loose fragment joins to provide the end of ll. 2-4.

For Good Fortune. Marcus Antonius Popillios Agelaos, sophist, chief ship-builder [?offered this]
Commentary:
Reinach suggested he might be related to L(ucius) Antonius Flavianos, father-in-law of C(aius) Julius Politianos in 12.105 (=CIG 2786).
He may also be related to M(arcus) Antonius Zenon Ulpianos, in 12.708 (=Walls 131), found in the same area.
